In my 30 years of legal practice - from a small company for housing management and engineering, through a bar exam in court, through the transition of the Slovenian economy with the business restructuring and privatization, to running a financial consulting department in a world-known consulting company, and from there to own company for legal, tax and business consultancy and to independent advocacy - I have gained rich and varied experience that comes handy in almost any, even the most complex situation.

I have worked with small, large, and largest companies in various industries and organizational structures. And yet the same is true for all cases: the best advice is to take the time to get to know the client, its goals, concerns, and the challenges it faces. Namely, legal science is a tool with which we can make a product the best only when we master the tool and know the material available to us. Therefore, I accept only a limited number of clients, as I give priority to the quality of cooperation and the achievement of set goals.
